With a masters degree in engineering from Centrale Lille, Martin is an engineer with a focus in operational excellence. He has held positions conducting operations at Pulp - a french food-tech startup, founding a small startup called KYVC- a platform to connect founders to investors, and developing the nature tech investment strategy for BGV- an international venture capital firm.

After working in venture capital, it was clear to Martin that he wanted to build. With his values guiding him, he began to focus on ways he could leverage his skillset to addressing the massive problem of climate change.

Luc Bettaieb - Co-founder and CTO

After finishing his masters degree in electrical engineering with a focus in robotics and artificial intelligence at Case Western Reserve University in the United States, Luc worked and consulted for five years for several different startups and companies (Fetch Robotics (Acquired by Zebra), Postmates (Acquired by Uber, Burro, and Autodesk) where he wrote software for controlling robots, managed infrastructure and engineering requirements, and led teams of engineers.

He shifted his work towards where his robotics skills might be able to help address the climate crisis, and then joined Antler to try to maximize his impact through creating a company. Luc finds motivation through the positive impact his work has in the real world.

After completing her PhD in Ecology at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos in Madrid, Greta joined the team at Vizzuality, an environmental consultancy helping other organizations use ecological data to make informed decisions. There, she worked directly with clients and transformed data into actionable insights, while upholding rigorous scientific standards.

She then moved to Cervest (IP acquired by Mitiga), a company analyzing climate risk for various industries. There, she was the Head of Earth Science, leading the company’s path in ecological modeling and how it was applied to their core product.

We are now thrilled to have Greta on our team, where she leads the development of the ecological, species, and habitat modeling tools that power the basis of our core product.
