<aside> 🌱 Our mission at Versant is to accelerate biodiversity restoration through technology. We support developers of infrastructure projects that impact biodiversity, in their obligations to protect and restore local ecosystems.

🤔 who are we?

The co-founders Luc and Martin met during an entrepreneurship program called Antler in Paris. Their complimentary backgrounds and impact-driven entrepreneurial spirit were a perfect match to work together. We are also supported by Greta, our Lead Ecologist, who heads science initiatives. 🗺️ where are we & where are we going?

We have validated our go-to-market and have our first customers, showing early product-market fit. We have achieved this through rigorous research in ecology and remote sensing, and the development of a strategic science advisory board.

We are now solidifying our product and seek to scale it, as well as our sales funnel, to onboard more clients to become a reference in our first market segment.

We are opening a founder’s associate role for an intern with an entrepreneurial mindset to work alongside Martin, the CEO, on a wide range of strategic and operational processes and initiatives.

As a Founder Associate, you’ll work directly with the founder to accelerate sales and operations. Your role is dynamic and hands-on, and your impact will be felt across the business. Key responsibilities could include:

• Sales Support & Prospecting
  • Research, identify and qualify leads in our target markets.
  • Maintain and update the CRM to ensure an organized sales pipeline.
  • Prepare materials for prospect discussions, pitches, and presentations.
• Operations & Client Communication
  • Oversee project deliverables to ensure they meet timelines and quality standards.
  • Communicate directly with clients, presenting results and gathering feedback.
  • Maintain organized project and client documentation for seamless operations.
• Process Improvement & Automation
  • Implement tools and workflows to streamline sales and operational tasks.
  • Identify and integrate automation solutions to improve efficiency.
• Strategic Involvement
  • Participate in planning sessions to refine and automate sales strategies.
  • Share insights from client interactions to inform product and service improvements.
